Ford Mustang Mach-E: Where Heritage Meets the Future
Ford makes the case that a four-door electric SUV is still a Mustang: 358kW, 950Nm, 0–100 in 3.5 seconds in GT form, 419km of range, and a 1,420-litre boot the 1964 car could never have offered.

The Mustang nameplate carries a history stretching back decades, representing a particular blend of performance and freedom that has resonated with drivers across generations. From its introduction in the mid-1960s, the Mustang sought to offer an engaging driving experience.
Today that idea lives on in the Ford Mustang Mach-E, an all-electric SUV that carries the spirit of the original into a new era. It blends familiar Mustang character with the benefits of modern electric mobility, creating a vehicle rooted in heritage while designed for what comes next.
The performance case
Early Mustangs delivered lively acceleration in their day, but the Mach-E raises the bar dramatically, reaching 100 km/h in as little as 3.5 seconds in GT form. In GT specification the dual-motor, all-wheel-drive setup produces 358 kW and 950 Nm of torque, sending power instantly to the road for quick, confident acceleration and a direct driving feel.
A 91-kWh usable extended-range battery helps give the Mach-E a low centre of gravity, supporting stability and balance through corners and across different road conditions — composed in the city, confident on open roads, and engaging when the route becomes more demanding.
Still recognisably a Mustang
Visually the Mach-E keeps key Mustang cues alive. A sculpted hood, strong rear haunches, signature headlamps and tri-bar taillamps all connect it to the nameplate's past, while the SUV silhouette gives it a more modern presence and broader appeal.
That form also adds real-world practicality. With four doors and a crossover layout, the Mach-E offers easier access, more rear-seat space and greater versatility than a traditional two-door sports car. Cargo space runs to 402 litres with the rear seats in place, expanding to 1,420 litres when folded, plus an 81-litre front trunk.
Range and drive modes
For drivers in the Middle East, the Mustang Mach-E GT offers a range of up to 419 kilometres on a single charge, depending on driving conditions.
The driving experience can be tailored to the moment. Whisper mode delivers a calmer, more relaxed response; Active offers a balanced setting for everyday driving; and Untame sharpens steering and throttle response for a more performance-focused feel. On GT models, Untame Plus goes further with settings designed for closed-course use, adjusting traction control, stability control and suspension. One-Pedal Drive lets drivers accelerate and slow primarily with the accelerator, smoothing progress in traffic while supporting regenerative braking.
